the off club

The "OFF" Club: established in 2004 during the volleyball chalet by Mr Lim Chang Tat. Mr Lim Chang Tat was babblering "off" almost every second, most noticably of which was when he was getting transported from the chalet to the pool to be dunked. "Guys, This is damn off!" He exclaimed. After which, the word "off" was glorified.

The word "off" has many meanings.
it could mean nonsense/rubbish. e.g. "you are off"
it could also be used to express anger. e.g. "f*** off" or "screw off"
it could also be used as a farewell. e.g. "guys, im off..."
it could also mean wrong e.g. "u spike like a chicken, ur spiking is off"
it could also mean lousy e.g. "ur jumping is dem off"

Hence, we can attest to the many functional uses of the word "off". Simple, three-lettered yet highly versatile and user-friendly.
